1.6 snapshot week 7+8

Hey guys, so today I'll be covering snapshots week 7 and 8 so lets get to dis

WEEK 7:

- you now can't break a horses leash by tugging on it

WEEK 8:

- added a new command that allows you to toggle weather you regain health or not 

The Command

- golden/budder apples now use gold/budder ingots instead of nuggets
