Minecraft Snapshot 13w39b

Hey guys so snapshot 13w39b just came out and lets get to it

- first of all, the block ID's are going to be removed and replaced with minecraft: what I mean is now if you want to get dirt you do /give (your username) minecraft:dirt 

- second of all they added in a new block called Red Sand. I know what your thinking but there's no new red glass (yet)

Found in Disco mountains, smelted to make normal glass

- and finally they added in the new command block in a minecart. In order to get it you have to type in /give (your username) minecraft:minecart_command_block
